      - great organization overall - great benefits - great corporate culture - overtime paid - lots of opportunity to move around and explore within the company

      Cons

      - no oversight on management and management's treatment of employees - no direct training or support (sink or swim mentality) - very understaffed = overworked (50+ hours/week)

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
