Pros

Good for Training ground especially for first time job seekers. Friendly people. You can learn a lot and upgrade your skills. Base pay is quite good for Entry level and fresh Graduates unlike other Companies.

Cons

The Base pay increase yearly is quite stagnant and low (with high performance appraisal rate). I think there are other companies who offer more than what Citco could, that's why many employees tend to look much better opportunities and high offer (mostly one third increase or double on the actual base with the same position). Got burned out really on many hard deadlines. I am still staying because my team is very kind, and feel sorry for supervisors and managers because we are short of man power. Although I feel sorry, due to inflation and needs, I am looking for much better opportunities.

Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

Cons

Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
