-Culture of overtime is overkill, its like you have no choice until you finish your part. Sometimes you'll end up not taking up your breaks just to finish for the day
-depends on the team ,Steep learning curve, everyone expects you understand everything easily , you'll do 1 or 2 watching how things are done and thats it you're the one who needs to do it.
-Hard to ask questions cause everyone is busy.. because almost everything is needed and urgent
-Work tends to pile up due to delay data.
