      Good opportunity to get your foot in the door for financial services

      Cons

      Consider working at the McDonald’s of financial services industry. Turnover is high, management is not hands on due to which mid-level and junior employees are overworked. HR is a joke and is biased to keep costs down rather than promote a healthy work environment.

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
