      *Co-workers are nice and genuinely great in the team. In and outside the company (except management)

      Cons

      *Micro-management *Overwork *You will be approved of 1 or 2 hrs of OT but you will render 3-5 hrs just to finish the report and the rest of the OT will not be compensated. *No work-life balance *No proper allocation of activities *Always in doubt in notices of Sick Leave

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
