Pros
Some great people on the teams and it does at points have a great atmosphere. Free breakfast cereal and drinks in canteen were a plus. Office is in good location. Two days in the office was great arrangement.
Cons
I can only speak to the PE Investor services team. Management can be very aggressive in their approach and this seems to be the preferred method to deal with issues as they arise, almost as if its been coached into VPs/ SVPs. Treatment of staff is cold and often takes little to no regard for peoples personal life or mental state. There is a constant turnover off staff across the teams that exceeds anything I've seen in any company previously. Little to no training or support available to you as everyone is so busy with BAU. Unrealistic expectations in terms of work load, you can see the levels of stress across the floor and how its impacting people. Mandatory overtime rota is in place for some teams. Very poor work life balance. Too many systems that are old and don't link together, lots of manual intervention.
