      Pros

      Good on the job training. Good middle mgmt and lots of areas to progress into. A good social environment in the company, free health care and public transport.

      Cons

      Poor external training. There is a lack of accountability from lots of teams. IT are understaffed. Services and teams are continuously being sent out to cheaper labor forces. They are loosing good staff members, as they aren't competing salary wise.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
