      Good salary, way above market More diverse clients vs other fund administration companies which provides lot of learning Compressed work week

      Cons

      Cost cutting in equipment, office space. Equipment up to team lead is just a thin client with no laptop which makes it very difficult to work on a hybrid set up Very limited seats which you need to reserve when going to the office and no training/conference rooms Not allowed to take leaves for 4 months during busy season

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
