Pros
The job is better than most sales jobs. Or it used to be when Citibank was able to walk proudly down the street with its chest open, bragging about its ability to be a global brand. Now it's nothing more than a 4 dollar stock.
Cons
Like any sales job you have some of the most unprofessional managers who seem to have got to their position through sheer luck or seniority.
