      If you are a student and you want to learn about the banking field then a part time teller postion would be good

      Cons

      senior management have no idea what they are doing. Even the CEO is clueless. There are lots of corruption.

      Flexibility regarding hybrid work, Nice office, good environment in the office.

      Cons

      Distant leads, not much community culture, if you don't mind working alone for several weeks, this should not be an issue

      Great benefits and work/life balance if you're on the right team.

      Cons

      Having a bad manager dictates everything about your job. You will see no upward mobility or compensation improvement if you are under a poor manager.
