      I have a unique experience in that my manager was also new...I expect that in my time with Citi I experienced better communication.

      Cons

      Generally, poor and antiquated communication and processes nevermind a slight unwillingness to change or improve systems even in the face of obvious benefit.

      Great benefits and work/life balance if you're on the right team.

      Cons

      Having a bad manager dictates everything about your job. You will see no upward mobility or compensation improvement if you are under a poor manager.
