Cons
-Seniority = Untouchable and taken way out of proportion -Will work and burn out the most intelligent employee regardless of time on the job, while everyone else will be placed in areas that they are comfortable in -Management is mistaken between Leadership and Delegation. The Supervisors run the department while the Managers over-delegate the Supervisors, and in turn delegate the Associates as if they are Supervisors. Associates do not need to feel that they are overwhelmed when they are in fact not Supervisors. -Managers are oblivous to the job of an Associate. -Not really convinced that Managers are supportive -Pay increases are based primarily on intangibles and not on measurable performance
