Pros

The Compensation was good $11 dollars an hour to start with about 3 dollars a sale bringing it to about 17 dollars an hour. Not bad for a kid right out of high school. They were also very encouraging and supportive. The management sincerely tried to make you feel at home. After perfoming my first few months in the top 20 in the nation they offered me a promotion.. After less than 6 months of employment. Very admirable i thought

Cons

It was fairly stressful. Sales were so important that it often made me feel sick if i could not meet quotas. Many people leave the sales aspect of the job to just do normal customer service because of the high pressure

Pros

Strong global platform with exceptional exposure to complex clients, markets, and products. Citi offers significant opportunities to build an international career, work with highly talented professionals, and develop deep expertise in banking and financial services. The global network and breadth of the organization are major differentiators.

Cons

The size and complexity of the organization can create bureaucracy, fragmented decision-making, and lengthy internal processes. Organizational changes and frequent restructuring can also affect continuity, while navigating multiple stakeholders sometimes takes significant time and energy away from clients and business execution.
