Lot of training programs organized by the company to train the new joiners. Domain trainings also organized to give a proper knowledge of the training. Good benefits given in the company in terms of insurance, gifting, celebrations, work-life balance is good.
Cons
Project allocation is done without asking our choice. Post the test taken at the end of the training, allocations are done based on the score.
