- HR is pathetic - Its like a school where teachers have their pets - Management has no clue about employees and what work they do - No appreciation for when you do good work but if you fail you will be on a burner - No transparency during appraisals - Visas are applied irrespective of merit (if you are in the good books of managers you will get a visa processed even if you at pathetic at your job)
