Pros
Have a good healthy client base of big healthcare players in the US market so projects are always there if you have the skills. Always able to learn and implement the latest technologies - always growing ones skill set. Good mentoring - but that might change project to project. Always appreciated with more or less job compensation (provided you're job at your job).
Cons
Getting out of on-going projects might be a bit hard. Senior level management might be over-committing to clients on the deliverables which may cause unnecessary work pressures. With the company growing - getting the same kind of increments (which we used to get lets say 2-3 years back) is getting tough.
