Pros

So called Work life balance So called Best Places to Work Free transport

Cons

Main Reason: Get ready to destroy your skill sets if you want to come here. You wou;ld be recruited for A skill set and asked to work on B skill set. Candidates recruited for Automation testing have been asked to work for manual. And existing employees with no exposure to automation are doing automation. Last year they recruited AS400 people in bulk but now many have been sacked who were on contract, many have been trained on other skill sets as they dont have new projects coming and many are looking out. Dot Net people have been asked to shift to Java in many projects and vice versa. So if you dont want to destroy your skill set stay away from this company. On the outside of it this company looks a great place to work. But once you get in then the reality starts to hit you. No doubt what they offer you in salary is a bit higher then the market value but their salary structure is very bad which reduces the tax of the company but increases the tax of the employees. While giving the offer the recruitment would tell they don't have variable pay but in reality they have a very bad component called Retention Bonus in the salary of every employee joining which is mandatory. Its more or less like variable pay with other name. So once you join in and as your number of months grows you would be a bit hesitant to leave this company if you dont want to remain there. Mostly they have short term projects and people are made to slog in many of them. There are hardly any long term accounts. In some projects you have to slog till night and on week ends also. Lot of internal politics in many teams. Preference given to candidates who are good in boot licking and bluffing while the deserving ones are side lined.
