Pros
Work Life balance is awesome, Flexible working hours, Flat hierarchy as you can reach anyone - incl senior management team - they have open door policy Very good leave policies, no one cribs while giving leaves - work from home can be availed anytime - they encourage it new facilities in Powai and Airoli are excellent - lot of space and fun activites - have TT, Carom, Chess, Pool rooms
Cons
Travel is sad - too far from main city - Airoli is very far. Only Healthcare domain so no learning curve in other domains - i come from banking so i miss it at times. Too much emphasize in training - lot of time goes in classroom Only 1 way trasportation is provided
