Pros
Good people, open and friendly atmosphere. Compensation is on the same level as TCS, Infosys etc. With the company growing, there might be better projects and processes. Good if you are looking for onsite opportunities.
Cons
I left 2 years ago. At that time it was a mid size company with 400-500 employees. No process was followed. No pick up drop facility, no proper canteen. Work was on ad-hoc basis and completely project dependant. Some people were on bench while others were working even on weekends. With growth this might improve.
