The promoters of the company don't want to delegate powers to managers. Everything including the appraisal rating are monitored and micro managed by promoters. You will be treated like a resource and nothing else. You may be forced to change your technology if required. If you are on bench for 2 months , your job is at risk. Hiring is done thoughtlessly. There is no organisation pyramid.. Old employees are favored.
