Pros
Hiring many folks in US location - finally Company has got lot of money and growth rate is great Town hall conducted every 3 months - we can ask higher management anything and they are responsive They pay well and give good yearly salary hike good policy for relocation, insurance and other benefits
Cons
Larger office is only in princeton nj - everyone else is remote so cant meet all employees together Too much healthcare focused company - no exposure in other domain recently got funded by large equity house.. not sure if it will have positive impact
