Pros
I am working here from last 9 months and so far things are great. Esp. for new joiners they have very comforting process - 30 days, 90 days & 180 days feedback is taken to know if we have any problems. They have won best place to work award as well. Company also got recently funded. Management is very intelligent - CEO & HR head everyday has lunch with employees - joins random table and asks lot of questions - which is good.
Cons
In last 9 months they have made me shift twice from Airoli to Powai and now back to Airoli for same project.. they should plan this well. Co does not have pick up for employee - only drop to central locations avail... Parking is a problem as well
