1. It's a service-based company, if you are staying here for a long time and still crying, then it's your problem. 2. Sometimes there is no individual level appreciation/recognition rather the entire team gets recognized for few people's hard work 3. Time gets wasted in unnecessary company level processes, which does not add any value to the client and takes up your additional time
