Pros
It used to be a nice company - after new mgmt nothing is good. Bias and lot of politics. New leaders have no idea what they are talking about. No career path, shaky client relationship and they are big into hire and fire
Cons
No 401k - every year they commit they will come up with something but no match. Maternity is 2-3 weeks for women and 2 days for male employees. Insurance is high deductible and lot of out of pocket premium. Please do ur self a favor and don’t regret by joining this company
