very nice company to work with, management and people around are helpful. the company helps people grow based on their capabilities and their willingness to learn.
Cons
There is a strong presence of dictatorship with few of the senior folks in the organization. they believe in " its my way or the highway" these few folks need to calm down a bit and not push around employees ..........
