Pros
Work Environment is really good. People love to chill post office hours, which makes you want to stay back longer at work too. Very good facilities for employees. No Variable component in Salary, which is a big plus.
Cons
Need better middle level management. Need some good DBAs, as database projects are not well handled. Freshers have no Onsite opportunities.
