No opportunities for career growth and minimal support from staffing team when you are on bench. They let go of employees who are on the bench for more than 3 weeks without even considering the tenure period. The immigration team is also not supportive and you have to follow up with them multiple times even to get a single request fulfilled. The appraisal process is messed up and heavily dependent on client feedback - the reporting manager has no idea on the project you are working on
