Better packages if you have good skill sets. Flexible working hours (daily average between 8-9 needs to be maintained on monthly basis).
Cons
1. Staffing lady members are very rude. 2. No projects, people are sitting idle for longer time. 3. Work Location changes on their mood and where you stay and not wrt your profile. 4. Makes false promises while recruiting.
