Below cons I have experienced while working for project of the healthcare GiaEnt client. 1. No support from management, if you complain about client misbehavior 2. For every release they will give a timeline which is impossible and then will ask you to extend working hours everyday 3. yearly appraisal will be hardly 2-3% even after working so hard 4. Salary structure after adding variable component is worsen 5. Many of the company perks are removed because of cost cutting 6. You will not get released from the project no matter what until you resign 7. There is no work life balance 8. working in weekend is encouraged and they count it is good thing
