A good company, but spoiling its name by management - Software Engineer CitiusTech Employee Review

Hike is very low even in case of profits. Has not given hike of one month for every employee and earning pennies in that. CEO proudly says why should we give hike as arrears for april as we give appraisal in may. Gives salary on last day EOD and earns interest in that also. CEO says if you are joined recently by switching company, you wont get much hike till 3 years. basically management is not bad No fans in lift and sometimes it gets stuck in between.
