Pros
Great place to learn the basics of banking. Decent training program. Technology is finally starting to catch up. Sales goals are not unrealistic.
Cons
Treat employees like they are school age kids. Very high turnover. Flawed reporting that leads to pressure on employees that do a great job. Crisis of identity. They act like they are a top big bank but pretend to be community focused. Harbor a culture of gaming and lack of integrity. Branches are constantly short staffed or staffed with "bodies" leading to bad customer experience and causing hard workers to lose out on bonus. They seem to find anyway possible to take your incentive away.
