      Benefits were ok but not the best out there!

      SUPER micro management it's all about sales sales sales! You're just a number and no matter how hard you work or even meet your goals your pushed to produce more to make up for the lazy managers they have they don't want to do their jobs and not help get the branch to goal. I guess just another Wells Fargo outlook in business! The managers are not fit for their positions.

      We have one work from home day per week

      Raises are the worst I’ve ever seen in a company this size. Hired on as “hybrid” 3 days in office then they took that away and now 4 days in office. They don’t care about their employees but love to make it look like they do. HR and “employee health and safety” are utterly useless.
