Pros
-Hard to get fired takes 2 years of bad sales -Day time hours -you can promote if you really want to if you have good sales
Cons
-pointless meetings about how to sell -time off is only approved Tuesday/Wednesday no hooking weekends and holidays together unless your the manager. -bonus structure is a joke -job is only worth it if your the manager or higher with your 60k a year - managers with that pay telling you it's a great job - Negotiate a high salary at first. You have to quit after a few years come back to make more money -managers will nag nag nag if your not meeting sales to keep their 60k a year
