Pros
PTO, benefits, flexibility, salary (if you are able to negotiate well) Past Managers are understanding and caring; can't say the same about Managers hired by RBS team members are approachable
Cons
Most IT roles are outsourced/ contracted no loyalty to employees - contractors are hired into FT roles promotions and internal transfers will happen if you know the Manager/ Director or have connections - know people in the right places RBS calls all shots
