Pros

Citizens has historically been a wonderful company to work for - coworkers, actual job, everything - up until a massive re-org and an awful return to work policy.

Cons

Return to work ONE day per week stated June 2021. Return to work TWO days a week started August 2021. Starting January 18 all Westwood and Johnston employees MUST work on-site THREE days a week with the building at full capacity and no social distancing. They do not care that Omicron is spiraling out of control. There is NO vaccination mandate to work on-site, except unvaccinated employees have to wear a mask. This is beyond ridiculous. We will all get sick and no one cares! On top of all this, we went through a big re-org where new jobs were not offered to existing staff in an effort to hire cheaper and younger talent: SHAME ON YOU, CITIZENS

We have seen great benefits from colleagues working in person together, some of which include collaboration, innovation and connecting with one another. We also encourage colleagues to connect with their manager to discuss their personal situation. Pros

The pros are the benefits, the pay could be higher for all that you learn and have to go through for ten weeks. They offer tuition assistance and opportunity for upskilling and advancing in such little time and the remote flexibility is great too

Cons

Management sucks and of course they have their favorites and then they have the people they target like myself. They micromanage bad and are quick to give you an occurrence for nothing. Their systems are so slow and then they blame you for being five ten minutes late logging in. They want you to tell them when you get up to breathe, go to the bathroom and they push for you to take calls and know boatloads of info after on 3 weeks of training. What they don’t know is that I will sue for any wrong doings or discrimination and I keep records of everything
