A lot of office politics HR is clueless, I have seen time and time again where issues are not addressed when employees have concerns based on upper management behavior Promotions are based on being involved in a clicks and be prepared to wear a lot chap stick, meaning you are expected to kiss a lot of butt to get to the next level. I feel upper management abuses his/her power. I have seen/heard of potential promotions promised and not received. Upper management will tell you anything to get the results they want and have no problem changing his/her mind. I would not recommend working at Citizens Bank unless you plan to compromise morals. Leadership/Management is lead by a lot of unqualified people.
