Pros

Very nice co-workers, and very nice customers. Decent health care benefits. Standard PTO (vacation) time. Good intentions as shown by recent TV commercials.

Cons

RIDICULOUSLY unattainable goals; especially dependent upon location. If you are in a branch that is: A. not in a city with lots of high income prospects B. NEVER fully/adequately staffed C. not operating with a top notch, cooperative/team player Financial Consultant D. most important: see B above E. Micro-managed to the nth degree F. Incredibly redundant paperwork; resulting in less time to help customers My advice to you is: Run far...Run fast. No matter what they tell you, there is always a reason that you do not meet their goals; i.e., you don't receive the bonuses you deserve. And worse....you feel you are not able to provide the best customer service due to being constantly short-staffed. **This review comes from employee with 20 successful years in the banking industry who has previously and consistently won awards for exemplary customer service with other banks.

Pros

The pros are the benefits, the pay could be higher for all that you learn and have to go through for ten weeks. They offer tuition assistance and opportunity for upskilling and advancing in such little time and the remote flexibility is great too

Cons

Management sucks and of course they have their favorites and then they have the people they target like myself. They micromanage bad and are quick to give you an occurrence for nothing. Their systems are so slow and then they blame you for being five ten minutes late logging in. They want you to tell them when you get up to breathe, go to the bathroom and they push for you to take calls and know boatloads of info after on 3 weeks of training. What they don’t know is that I will sue for any wrong doings or discrimination and I keep records of everything
