Pros
They have good benefits that begin immediately such as health insurance, dental, vision, and mental health. Good PTO plan and lots of holidays that are paid. Pay scale is better than most banks.
Cons
They preach life/work balance but don't really allow you to follow it. Very high pressure sales and micro managing. They don't teach proper managerial skills to upper management particularly how to talk to their employees. Allot of evening calls-cold calling. Sales bonuses not appropriately assigned. Very cutthroat. Upper mgmt get huge bonuses based on lower level employees work thus putting constant pressure on employees to make sales at any cost.
