Pros

The training classes are very fun, especially if you are in a good class. Some of the managers are very nice, they are willing to help you through most and all situations. Credo days - Free food! Doesn't happen often though... Being honest, the sales numbers are easy to hit. Job security like no other. Paid expenses New employees are eased in very easy.

Cons

Currently, the company is working on a system of next level micromanagement, where all of the time that someone works during the day will be scheduled for you. (Not a fan). Being honest, it is very hard to get a good payout. Checking accounts can sometimes be hard to come by, and you are expected to go far to get them. This job is 85% teller, 15% banker but 100% sales. (which isn't the worst, but 100% sales) Cold calling is probably the worst. Cold talking is pretty bad as well, with the onset of Aisle time. (People want to buy groceries, not open accounts while they are in the supermarket.

Pros

The pros are the benefits, the pay could be higher for all that you learn and have to go through for ten weeks. They offer tuition assistance and opportunity for upskilling and advancing in such little time and the remote flexibility is great too

Cons

Management sucks and of course they have their favorites and then they have the people they target like myself. They micromanage bad and are quick to give you an occurrence for nothing. Their systems are so slow and then they blame you for being five ten minutes late logging in. They want you to tell them when you get up to breathe, go to the bathroom and they push for you to take calls and know boatloads of info after on 3 weeks of training. What they don’t know is that I will sue for any wrong doings or discrimination and I keep records of everything
