      New infusion interface technology in the healthcare industry.

      Cons

      Typical startup company wanting you to do three jobs in one. It's hard working with offshore India developers due to communication language barriers. No training offered and are expected to know everything from the start. Unrealistic demands and very green on business structure. Very small group of 12 people.

      Pros

      Best culture I have ever worked in. Everyone is supportive, no one points fingers. If you mess up, everyone just jumps in to help. Satisfied with my pay and excellent benefits from ResMed. The company really cares about their customers. I feel very lucky. They care about us too, work life balance is a real thing, and also super diverse! Appreciate the culture.
