Pros
-worked with fantastic students who made it all worth it -met some wonderful people (and some weird ones!) -mostly positive experience within my school with teachers and administration
Cons
-management is horrible: lack of accountability; top-down communication is flawed; sometimes rude or purposefully unhelpful; general inability to effectively listen to corps members' criticisms and suggestions -such a childish culture that actually promotes an aura of public shaming inside the schools -lack of real authority in the classroom leads us to be viewed as babysitters most of the time -tutoring involves, in many cases, just playing catch-up with missing assignments instead of real teaching -trainings are so unproductive and unnecessary (and they happen all the time!)
