It is still somewhat corporate so you do have to talk about plans and get approval for major changes but this isn’t all bad as they have good experience and it gives an opportunity to make sure you’re set in what you want to do

Many members of the support team began their careers working in CityVet hospitals, demonstrating the company's commitment to promoting from within and developing its people.

While CityVet offers significantly more clinical autonomy than many corporate veterinary organizations, it is not the same as being a sole practice owner.
