While CityVet offers significantly more clinical autonomy than many corporate veterinary organizations, it is not the same as being a sole practice owner. Partner veterinarians are trusted to practice medicine in the way they believe is best for their patients and work collaboratively with leadership, rather than operating under a one-size-fits-all corporate model. This can be a challenge for support when trying to say "Yes" as much as we can without causing issues for other locations.
