Pros

There’s nothing. It’s a sinking ship.

Cons

Everything. Nothing to enjoy about this place. The turnover rate is alarming. It’s a 6 year startup that continues to go nowhere. Probably because new ideas are not welcome. Leave the company and the CEO will actually call your new employer and talk bad about you. Ask former employees. There’s plenty of them to choose from.

After reading this comment and similar comments you have written in the last few months, we understand you are angry at our organization. We understand we did not meet your expectation and for that we apologize. We work very hard to support our employees and wish you success in your career and life. You have made comments Pros : "There’s nothing. It’s a sinking ship." In 2020 during Covid-19, when many organizations closed down, laid people off and lost revenue, our company, Claim Academy ; * Grew 63% in 2020 over 2019 * Named one of the best 40 bootcamps in the United States and top 50 in worldwide by course report and Switchup. * Approved for a special U.S Department of Veterans Affairs program ( VETEC ) * Bought a new building from a local university in St Louis for close to a Million dollars as the new headquarters. * And so far this year May 28, we have grown 87% over 2020. * Just signed a multiyear multimillion dollar partnership with Harris Stowe State University * We are now expanding to military installations. I am happy to say we are growing and a thriving ship. Your comment Cons "Everything. Nothing to enjoy about this place. The turnover rate is alarming. Ask former employees. There’s plenty of them to choose from. " Thank you for sharing your point of views about our organization. We appreciate your openness. Even a less than happy comment is appreciated so that we can make changes. Our investigation reveals, your claims seems to be more of a personal attack on the CEO and our company. As I stated in my earlier comment to your previous review, sales is a very hard work and not for everyone. Some people are natural at sales and others are not able to take rejection. We hope you find much success as you consider your future career. Claim Academy is a privately owned company with a growth philosophy of not burrowing money to grow to prevent undue pressure on our team. We believe in slow but steady and value family and mission before making revenue. My name is Ola Ayeni, I am the CEO. Can you provide the name of company and the date the company you are stating is being called? We have no record of anyone doing this at Claim Academy. It is against our policy or employee handbook. It is infact illegal for any company or person to call your new company and speak ill of a former employee. We don't believe we need to break labor laws even when someone continues to personally attack our company and people who work there. Similarly to your other comments, we understand we are unable to meet your expectation. We thank you for your time and which you the very best. Show Less Advice to Management Management has never taken advice. How about just leave people alone when they decide to leave your company. It’s sad and pathetic.

Pros

None – unless you count free stress and anxiety.

Cons

If you value respect, fair treatment, and basic professionalism, run far away from this place. The owner operates with zero regard for employees’ well-being and treats staff like disposable tools. Promises of benefits, fair pay, and work-life balance? Pure bait-and-switch. Expect to be overworked, underpaid, and constantly disrespected. Speaking up about unfair treatment will get you ignored, gaslighted, or worse, punished. Decisions are made impulsively, with no transparency, and the blame always rolls downhill. Morale is non-existent because the culture is built on fear, favoritism, and control. Turnover is through the roof because people burn out or quit out of sheer frustration. I watched talented, dedicated staff walk away simply because no one can thrive under such toxic leadership.
