Pros

Claim Academy is a wonderful company to work for -- especially the overall atmosphere of positivity and attention to what matters. Since Claim is a small business/start-up, there is plenty of room to grow and develop your career. It is up to each employee to manage their career -- the more involved and dedicated you are, the farther you will go; you definitely get what you put into it. Claim employees do fun and interesting things together, such as having a themed celebration once a month for all employees. The hiring process was easy - and seemed mostly focused on a positive attitude, commitment to quality and motivation to succeed; Claim has encountered issues with previous employees who lacked in those areas. Management and executive leadership welcome employees' suggestions, input, and ideas to contribute to the overall good. The weekly EOS meeting puts a focus on communication and personal accountability; each of us sharing obstacles, issues and ideas to come to better solutions. My fellow team members have been wonderful in helping me get set up and trained, the CEO has been supportive and present throughout the entire process. I look forward to making a full career at Claim Academy by achieving the expectations put on me, staying accountable for my actions, and being able to take direction for my own improvement.

Cons

Claim is not the right place for anyone who can not take responsibility for their own actions and consequences. Under-achievers and those who can not live up to their commitments will find it hard to fit in at Claim. Claim is business-focused, always wanting to provide the very best education for our students. This is not the right place for whiners, lazy people or those who get their feelings hurt by being given direction or negative feedback. Hardworking folks with the maturity to learn from their mistakes will find it a refreshing change from corporate anonymity; the owner and staff genuinely care about one another and the success of the company.

We are most grateful for your review and your comment about Claim. We promise to continue to uplift our team, employees and fully dedicated to our mission to change lives. Thank you for your advice regarding hiring people in your comment " Advice to Management Be careful to hire people who share in your passion for helping others. Those out to only serve themselves will not fit in at Claim." After going through a difficult time hiring some people who are not mission minded and not a fit for our fast moving startup culture, we have since changed our hiring process to involve video resumes, personality test, written and also including our team members in the process of hiring

Pros

None – unless you count free stress and anxiety.

Cons

If you value respect, fair treatment, and basic professionalism, run far away from this place. The owner operates with zero regard for employees’ well-being and treats staff like disposable tools. Promises of benefits, fair pay, and work-life balance? Pure bait-and-switch. Expect to be overworked, underpaid, and constantly disrespected. Speaking up about unfair treatment will get you ignored, gaslighted, or worse, punished. Decisions are made impulsively, with no transparency, and the blame always rolls downhill. Morale is non-existent because the culture is built on fear, favoritism, and control. Turnover is through the roof because people burn out or quit out of sheer frustration. I watched talented, dedicated staff walk away simply because no one can thrive under such toxic leadership.
