Claim Academy's passion and dedication to its mission to change people's lives drew me to seek employment here. It was great to be a part of a team that worked together to help others. The leadership listen to my ideas and let me try new ideas that had not been tried before. Some ideas IO had share I had been tried and they encouraged me to be innovative in my thinking but also made me aware of past mistakes or what did not work well. I enjoyed getting to meet new students regularly and see how their life was transformed in just 12 weeks. I loved being a part of a mission greater than myself. CEO was always wearing many different hats and helping all departments be successful. He always encouraged us to set up a time with him if we needed something and even gave us a specific time during the day when he would be available for conversations. They also had a chat system internally so I always felt like I could ask a question to someone even if they were not in my office. I appreciated that commitment on his part. I enjoy his positivity in the office. I also appreciated his honest straight forward communication that some can be mistaken, by some, as being harsh or rude. We also had regular performance reviews and personal growth plans.

I do not have any specific cons. This is a fast-paced, creative, driven, and challenging work environment. Get ready to jump in, share solutions, and make an impact! I would get tired of hearing the same employee talk about a problem instead of being forward-thinking and finding a solution.
