They are a fast growing company with financial stability. Their health insurance benefits are pretty good and they have a great 401k plan. They periodically give employees t-shirts, sweatshirts and other things. We have had food trucks and ice cream trucks come on site for us to enjoy lunch. Clarks have a nice holiday party in March for employees and spouses which is a nice night out with plenty of food, live music, games, door prizes. They are constantly looking to improve and listen to their employees suggestions. Twice now they have had a physical therapist come on site to work with employees on how to prevent work place injuries.
