Pros
I really enjoy working at Clark Service Group. There is a great company culture. The business is family-owned and it shows. They treat you like you are a part of their family. They offer great benefits, all of the standards and then some: competitive pay (weekly pay days!), flexible 401K, gym reimbursement, charity involvement, company sponsored parties, paid holidays, PTO and more. I love coming to work every day to see my coworkers and know that I am investing in more than just a job, but am investing in a career.
Cons
The food service industry is an ever-evolving, fast paced environment and most jobs here are not your standard 9-5. The good news is you are compensated more than fairly for the work you do and that you are your only limit when it comes to growth and promotions.
