We always encourage direct, honest, and frequent communication between managers and those on their team so that there aren't any surprises if it's determined that someone should begin to look for another opportunity outside of the company. If you have any concerns with how you're doing, we encourage you to talk with your manager about it right away to make sure you're on the same page. We use DiSC not to limit employees' opportunities but to teach them how to improve in areas that may not be natural strengths. If anything, this increases their opportunity for growth as they learn to adapt to whatever situation they're in.
