Our turnover rate is actually quite low compared to the national average, but we are always looking out for ways to improve and retain great employees. We intentionally encourage employees to express concerns directly to their managers to promote open, honest, and productive communication so issues can be resolved quickly without getting a third party involved, however, our Benefits team is available to meet with employees should they feel the issue needs to be discussed with someone who does not manage them.
